There are many real estate web pages out there and lots of “REALTORS” that claim to be working for you. Costa Rica is swamped with them. My recommendation is to work with an agent that is a legal resident and that is also a member of one of the registered Costa Rica Real Estate boards and is also SUGEF registered in Costa Rica.
